Our services during your stay on Ile de Ré:
- In-person service on arrival at your accommodation, and on departure,

- Organisation of any maintenance during your stay,
- Property cleaning which is mandatory at the end of your stay, and on demand during the stay (an optional extra),
- A la carte services to ensure a comfortable stay (hiring of bedlinen + beds made up for your arrival, hiring of baby/child equipment),
- Arrivals and departures are arranged with the agency in the 24/48 hours prior to the event,
- Arrivals are from 16.00 onwards and departures by 10.00.
Sunday to Sunday or mid-week stays may be possible in some cases.
Prices for a holiday rental:
Prices vary according to the property and the dates.
Therefore, for each property advertised in the ‘Holiday rentals’ section you will find the corresponding price for your holiday dates on Ile de Ré.
Holiday rental prices are displayed inclusive of tax, and include the rental charge and the end-of-stay cleaning.
Supplementary charges:
- Insurance - cancellation and holiday rental cover - (optional / price: 3.6% of the rental charge), to be taken up on booking
- Administration charge: 60 €
- Tourist tax, transferred in full to the relevant municipality (local administration of Ile de Ré),
- Hire of bedlinen (may be optional depending on the property reserved),
- Hire of baby/child equipment (optional),
- Extra housekeeping/cleaning service during your stay (optional).
