Deposit

The day the rental clients arrive, they will be asked for a deposit to cover any possible damage that could happen during their stay.

During the welcome meeting and inspection at a holiday rental, the owner or the agent who manages the property asks for a deposit so that they can cover any possible damage that could occur during the clients' stay.

For holiday rentals, there is no limit set for the deposit amount.

Artemis Location agency, an experienced holiday rental professional, will be able to advise on the suitable deposit amount for your property, which remains the same no matter how long the stay is.

After the checkout inspection, the estate agent has one month to return the deposit amount if no damage has been noted, and up to 3 months if damage did occur (time allowed to receive quotes and invoices for repair work)

Please note:
In the absence of an arrival inspection, the rental client is assumed to have found the property in good condition, and must vacate the property in the same condition
